We, at Bioteque America, strive to provide an excellent service and timely response to all valued customers. Should you need to return our product within the 15-day return policy, please submit the following information or contact us at Service2@bioteque.com. Our customer service representative will be in contact within 2 business days.

* Please note: Some returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.

** The products must be returned in the ORIGINAL and unopened packaging that it came in and in marketing condition.

*** No returns will be allowed after 15 Days of Receipt and there are NO refunds or credits for the return of any Sterile Products.
